How to schedule meetings?

If you want to meet with other dive show attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and sponsors, you can easily schedule meetings at Scuba.Digital – just like you would in an in-person event or conference. This allows you to build connections, find dive buddies, and more.

You can send out meeting invitations for up to four other attendees via the “people” tab of the side panel. Once the other invitees accept, they are notified 5 minutes before the meeting starts, and again when the meeting starts. This notification can take the meeting participants directly to the meeting room.

Note that you can only schedule meetings within the time-bounds of the virtual dive show. You will be notified when an attendee accepts or declines your invitation via the notifications tab.
